A visit to the magical heather fields in The Netherlands…
September equals purple heather season. Having visited the heather fields 2 years in a row in the Veluwe, it was right about time to explore a different area this time. On one Sunday afternoon, my friend and I made our way to Heidestein. A beautiful nature area tucked away between Zeist and Driebergen-Rijsenburg in Utrecht. After having parked our car, it took is only 10 minutes to reach the first field. Since we only had 1.5 hours to spend here, we decided to fully commit to it, explored every corner and took as many candid shots as possible 😉
…I loved creating a moody & mysterious look and feel when editing these shots!
Already excited for my visit to the fields next year! (wherever in The Netherlands it will be :-))
